If you missed picture day or would simply like a retake the time is almost near.

November 19th is Picture Retake Day. Please have your student bring with them the original to return to Yuen Lui to receive your retake at no cost. Yuen Lui will not be calling classes down individually, but we will be making an all call for students to take pictures. You may email Tejara (Tae) if you would like to ensure your students name is on the list for retakes that’ll be given to Yuen Lui.

Yuen Lui Studio will photograph makeup/retake portraits and Salmon Bay K-8 on Tuesday, November 19

Makeup portraits: students who missed picture day should plan on getting a portrait taken on November 19. Families can preorder makeup portraits by the night before, 11/18 here: 2024-25 Salmon Bay K-8 School Make-up/ Retake Pre-payments 11/19. Print portraits will be shipped to the school in approximately three weeks after makeup/retake day; digital portraits will be sent via email.

Retake portraits:

1. Please let your student’s teacher know if you would like them to see the photographer for a retake portrait,

2. Anyone is welcome to get a retake (please note that the retake portrait will replace the picture day portrait for PowerSchool and the yearbook),

3. Students who preordered picture day packets can return their package to the photographer in exchange for a retake – a new package of the retake image for all returned packages will be issued at no charge. Retake replacement orders will be shipped to the school.

Picture day portraits: All portraits previously photographed can be accessed via our website: Order School Photos — Yuen Lui School & Sports Photograph. The keyword is Salmon Bay and images are password protected by an online code, which is your student’s SPS ID number. All portraits that require an online code are shipped directly to your home in 10-14 business days after the order is placed. There is no deadline to order.
