    What is your compliance? 

     

    Writing goal: Could be enough for state requirement.

    Equity goal:  Digital citizenship idea?

    Goal: Reflect work, meet requirements, limit overachievement of the scope.

     

    Climate Goal:  Digital Citizenship Goal 3rd/4th/5th

     

    What could middle school goal look like?

    Classroom environment –

    Data points regarding bullying.  

    Question?  Could work in digital citizenship cover the questions asked in survey?

    Classroom climate metric – Combine all three percentages and average out

            Staff survey – How are student behaviors supported by Admin?

     

    Reading Writing Goals:

    Answering School-Wide Programs/Multi- Tiered System of Support

     

    What are research based strategies that help targeted students?

    How do we address the needs of all kids in the school?

     

    Neil request:  Would like writing data by Friday.  PLC work on Wednesday October 26th for compiling data and working for goal settings.

     

    Current work being done: (mostly middle school)

    SS work:  Using primary sources can support ELL students by offering visual and material for multiple entry points.  Choosing materials aligned with common core and connects with multiple sources.  Standards based grading.  Modified content.

    LA work:  Graphic organizer work.  Utilize visually rich material.  Collaborative work.  Intentional grouping.  Low risk writing to get ideas out.

    SPED:  Adaptive graphic organizers, small group writing support.  Assistive technology.  Push in of staff.

     

    What to work on: 

    • Standards based grading support.More similar grading system across middle school and elementary

       

    • Anchor charts – Commonality between classes?

       

    • How do we strengthen our conferring practice?

       

    • What are power standards at different grade levels?
