    • What is best use of time on Oct 14th?District trainings vs. in house SB trainings?




    • Schoology is being used more heavily to communicate group/district PD




      Attempt to centralize info and calendar for PD.  Neil will check




      Present opportunities to staff on Wed Sept 28th.

      Having 3 possible data points (1st, 4th, 7th)


      Use PLC group goal sets to align with (by grade levels)

      Challenges:  Measurable writing goals within different grade




      MS ex:  Power paragraphs that include rubrics


      ES ex:  Caukins rubric, informative




      Review of what teams are doing? 










      Growth measure or summative measure




      How could we include student’s feelings about how they recognize their growth?




      Portfolio idea?  CBA for 7th/8th grade can show this type of growth




      Understanding mechanics of writing goal – come to some agreement






      Moving forward on the goal development:  Agreement of forming subgroup to propose math and literacy goals.  Spend larger group effort on writing goal and climate goal.
