Kindergarten Supply List 2022-2023

For your child’s personal use:

• If you will be shopping for a backpack, please try to choose a backpack that is big enough to hold a 10×12 book if that will be comfortable for your child. Often the cute, little kid sized packs are not large enough for

• 1 change of clothing in a Ziploc bag (labeled with child’s name)
• A water bottle labeled with your child’s name in permanent marker (not likely to spill if knocked over)
• A helmet for PE labeled with your child’s name (we will not need these until later in the year)
• 1 red pocket folder, 3 prongs
• 1 blue pocket folder, no prongs
• Composition Book – primary writing journal or wide-ruled

Supplies we need for the classroom

Donations are optional and we communally share supplies

• Plain copy paper
• Scotch tape (preferably refill rolls)
• Blue Painters tape
• Black Sharpies
• Glue sticks (white)
• Heavy duty watercolor paper
• Watercolor paint
• Colored pencils
• Crayola crayons – 24 pack
• Tissues
• Dry erase markers
• Bandaids, especially the ones sized for little fingers
• 1 box of Ziplock bags of each size (gallon, quart, sandwich and snack)
